Overview

Our ATM Driving and Management package can help Independent Service Operators to optimize the performance and uptime of their network of deployed ATM devices, thereby increasing merchant and cardholder loyalty and maximizing revenues and profitability. The service supports a wide range of devices, interfaces and transaction types, and provides all the tools needed to successfully manage extensive ATM networks.

ATM Management

With real-time ATM status information available at the push of a button, help desk and field maintenance staff can proactively diagnose any current or pending ATM error condition, instantly identify available cash positions, forecast replenishment requirements and take immediate action to prevent or minimize any ATM downtime. DeviceManager also supports Email and SMS ATM Terminal alerts on Terminal Errors as well as Cash Level alerting.
